KVEDO Inc, the local NGO in Mt. Hagen, Western Highlands Province, will spearhead the public awareness campaigns through speeches, presentations, and open forums in all schools throughout the province targeting more than 15,000 students by informing them to become aware of pressing environmental issues affecting their country and encouraging them to be proactive in reforestation, conservation, and climate change management practices and activities in their respective rural villages in the coming years.
