Project Update: December 2010

I travelled to the Congo on 28th July 2010 for 6 weeks. During the time I spent in the field of TL2, I managed to visit many habitats - forests, savannas, bais and rivers - and I filmed the landscapes and the fauna I could see. I visited Kindu and more small villages, where I also filmed. I documented the activities of the project by filming the field workers I was working with. I filmed the transect and monitoring work, but also the life in the camps and in the forest.

Apart from this I trained the staff of the project to make better pictures so that they can help the project by documenting.

When I returned to Hungary I digitised the footage I made. Soon I will start editing the rough-cuts, and if the directors of the TL2 project are satisfied with them, I edit the final versions.
